In 2018 Milieudefensie started a climate case against Shell. In April 2019 we filed the summons on behalf of more than 17,000 co-plaintiffs at the head office. Shell then had 7 months to respond to this. Below you will find Shell's response to our case. This response is also called statement of defence.
